Candle Care

  • Allow the candle to burn until the wax pool meets the side walls of the vessel for optimal results, as well as to avoid what is called "tunneling".
  • Always trim the wooden wick to 1/4 inch before relighting the candle.
  • Never burn candles longer than 4-hour intervals.
  • Always set the candle on a heat- resistant surface and avoid drafts.
  • Never burn candles out of sight and extinguish candles before leaving the room.
  • Do not burn candles near objects that can catch fire.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Don't extinguish with water.
  • Allow wax to harden before touching, moving or relighting the candle.
  • If crystals float too close to wooden wicks, wait until wax cools and use a utensil to guide crystals back to the side wall of the vessel.
  • Do not burn when wax is less than 1/2 inch.
  • Don't forget to clean and collect your crystals!
